Our cancellation policy
EPIKA SALON CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us at Epika Salon. As your appointments are reserved exclusively for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please note that when appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time and clients on our waiting list. For this reason, all appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to help you remember, especially if they were booked months ahead. Since your appointment time is set aside specifically for you, a cancellation fee may be applied.
“NO-SHOWS” or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Credit Card information will be required at time of booking and kept securely on file*

CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT
As a courtesy, we will send you a TEXT or EMAIL to confirm your service appointment prior to your scheduled date. However, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and any associated cancellation fee.
